when your at the first stage of uploading your picture (title, artist comments, choosing your picture) when you have choosen your picture and it pops up in the "which file" box, that isn't the size of the picture. It's a preview so that you can check to see if you have the correct picture or if you want another.
But after your picture is all posted and what-not and you don't like the size, you can go to "Edit Deviation" and find "Fullview Size" and choose how big you want to change it too.

what part of uploading are you having a problem with??

But after your picture is all posted and what-not and you don't like the size, you can go to "Edit Deviation" and find "Fullview Size" and choose how big you want to change it too.
